So I went to the baking store to book for a decoration class. Then was promoted with another class - cheese cake class you know! Japanese cotton cake wud be taught. Waahhhh. greedyyyy.. I was full with eagerness..
Altho I cud learn all those recipes thru online, its not the same as learning in class i guess. Cause somehow you need to know the right consistency, moisture, and textures. If I'm the housewife, surely I could go ask around all my baking friends and learn from them. Yet, I am all alone right now. So yeah, itsokay to spend some money on learning/classes as long I learn from them aite?
